Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only when a re-clean is not possible or appropriate, and are granted at the discretion of management.​

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
